Day-by-Day Itinerary

Upon arrival in Cochin, meet and assist by our representative. Transfer to your hotel and relax. Overnight in Cochin.

After breakfast, enjoy a half-day tour covering Chinese fishing nets, Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace (Mattancherry), and a walking tour of Fort Kochi. In the evening, watch a traditional Kathakali dance performance. Overnight in Cochin.

Drive to Munnar through scenic hills and tea plantations. Enjoy the aroma of cardamom and pepper as you ascend. Check into your hotel and relax. Overnight in Munnar.

Explore Mattupetty Dam, Eravikulam National Park, Echo Point, and a tea factory. Discover how tea is plucked, processed, and packed. Taste local tea blends and explore the town. Overnight in Munnar.

 

Drive to Thekkady, stopping en route at the Vandanmedu cardamom auction center (subject to permission). Arrive and enjoy a boat ride on Lake Periyar in Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Thekkady.

Start your day with a guided spice plantation walk. After breakfast, proceed to Alleppey and board a traditional houseboat. Cruise through Kerala’s serene backwaters. Enjoy onboard meals and views. Overnight on the houseboat.

After breakfast on board, disembark and transfer to Cochin airport for your flight to Colombo. Arrive in Sri Lanka and drive to Negombo. Overnight in Negombo.

 

Explore Negombo’s Dutch canals, churches, and fish market. Then drive to Habarana, visiting the Dambulla Cave Temple en route. Check into your hotel and relax. Overnight in Habarana.

 

Visit the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO site. Later, explore Polonnaruwa’s Royal Palace, Gal Viharaya, and ancient monuments. Return to Habarana. Overnight in Habarana.

 

After breakfast, drive to Kandy. Visit a spice garden to learn about Ayurvedic herbs. In the evening, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic and enjoy a traditional cultural show. Overnight in Kandy.

 

Drive to Nuwara Eliya through stunning tea estates. Visit a tea factory to learn about Ceylon Tea. Enjoy the cool climate and colonial architecture of “Little England.” Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

 

After breakfast, drive to Colombo for a brief panoramic city tour. Later, transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
