Day-by-Day Itinerary
Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, meet and assist by our representative. Drive to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim, nestled amidst the Himalayas. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax.

Enjoy breakfast and proceed to explore Gangtok. Visit Rumtek Monastery—one of the largest in Sikkim and the seat of the Gyalwang Karmapa. Also visit the Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), and Enchey Monastery. Spend the evening exploring the local market.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Darjeeling—famous for its tea gardens, heritage railway, and breathtaking mountain views. On arrival, check into the hotel and unwind.

Start early with a drive to Tiger Hill to witness a spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga. En route back, visit the Ghoom Monastery. After breakfast, proceed to the Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed Tuesdays), and Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (closed Sundays). Evening is free at leisure.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Kalimpong—a quiet hill town with Buddhist monasteries and colonial charm. Visit Durpin Monastery and the famous cactus nursery. Rest of the day at leisure.

Enjoy breakfast and then drive to Phuentsholing—the border town of Bhutan. Complete immigration formalities at the Indo-Bhutan border and continue to your hotel. Rest of the day is free to explore or relax.

After breakfast, begin your journey to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan, nestled in a broad valley. Check into your hotel on arrival and enjoy a relaxing evening.

Enjoy breakfast and begin your full-day city tour. Visit the Centenary Farmer’s Market, National Folk Heritage Museum, National Textile Museum, Memorial Chorten, Jungshi Handmade Paper Factory, and the magnificent Tashichho Dzong. Later, explore the lively local market.
🛏️ Overnight in Thimphu.
After breakfast, drive to Paro—a picturesque valley town. Visit Ta Dzong (National Museum of Bhutan) and Rinpung Dzong, built entirely of stone. The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy the peaceful surroundings or visit local markets.

Post breakfast, take a scenic two-hour hike to the famous Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), perched dramatically on a cliffside. Later visit the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong and Bhutan’s oldest temple—Kyichu Lhakhang.

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Paro International Airport for your onward journey.
